about the driver

Kart driver from a young age, Jacob rose through the ranks of the racing world by participating in karting races at all levels. Between the age of 4 and 17, Jacob was able to participate in several championships such as the Quebec Cup and the CKTM Cup, of which he was twice crowned defending champion. Aiming to continue his ascent to the professional categories, the young 19-year-old driver made his debut in the F1600 CANADA series in 2019. Having to his credit 14 podiums and 7 victories in just 22 starts, he is one of the drivers who stands out the most on the track.

Jacob got into racing because of his father. His father was a really passionate karting race driver and wanted to share his passion with Jacob and his brother. Racing is Jacob's passion. It embodies qualities that he prides himself in: team work, mechanics, engineering, performing and adrenaline.

Starting later in life, Todd began racing local karting race events and SKUSA events in 2010. After progressing through karting, Todd decided he wanted to enter into the world of car racing. At this time he decided to build his own race car, a 350z.

Not realizing that in order to become a success at endurance races you need a team of people to help support the endeavours, Todd decided to form Archer Racing to start battling in the World Racing League. After racing in World Racing League, Todd studied under numerous different coaches and would drive anything from open wheel to sports cars. In 2022, Todd has been competing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with FastMD Racing in their LMP3 car.

Todd is incredibly thankful for his wife and family who helped and supported him into the Motorsport world. He is eager to drive fast and bring home wins.
